Royal Enfield has confirmed that the Bullet 650 will be unveiled at EICMA in Milan, adding the iconic ‘Bullet’ nameplate to its 650cc line-up. The news comes via a short teaser video on the brand’s social media page, showing a rider’s perspective of the instrument cluster with the caption, “A new chapter in motorcycling’s oldest legacy”, a nod to the company’s longest-running model line.

  1. Expected to feature familiar 648cc parallel-twin
  2. Gets digi-analogue instrument cluster from Classic 650

Royal Enfield Bullet 650: What to expect

Will likely share a lot of similarities with the Classic 650

The teaser video reveals that the Bullet 650 retains iconic design elements that have defined the Bullet nameplate. The motorcycle features a chrome hood for the headlight, pinstripes on the fuel tank and what appears to be metal tank badging on the sides.

We can also expect to see a lot of similarities with the Classic 650, which is something we’ve noticed with the Bullet 350 and Classic 350. From the short video, the instrument cluster appears identical to the digi-analogue unit on the Classic 650, with an analogue speedometer with a small digital display for the fuel gauge and odometer. The bike also features adjustable brake and clutch levers, and the Tripper navigation pod will likely be offered as an optional accessory.

Powering the motorcycle will be the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine used across Royal Enfield’s 650 range, likely with unchanged peak output figures of 47hp and 52.3Nm. However, Royal Enfield could give it a slightly more relaxed tune to better suit the Bullet’s laid-back, old-school character.

Royal Enfield will be the first manufacturer to present at EICMA 2025, and the Bullet 650 won’t be the only big reveal since the much-anticipated Himalayan 750 will also be making its debut tomorrow.
