Piaggio Vespa Elegante limited edition.
Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd has just launched its second limited edition Vespa, called the Elegante at Rs 78,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Elegante features chrome accents on the sides, chrome mirrors and an Elegante badge. A stylish new split seat is also on offer, mounted on a common opening platform that can be lifted to reveal a storage area. A colour coordinated helmet will also accompany the Vespa Elegante.
The scooter gets no mechanical changes, and will continue to use the same 125cc engine, a disc brake up front, tubeless tyres and alloy wheels as standard.
Only 3,500 units of the Elegante will be produced nationwide and it is available in two colour schemes namely, pearl white with dark red seats and clay with beige seats.
Piaggio aims to introduce such limited editions quite often here thanks to the successful run of its last limited edition Vespa, the Esclusivo.
