Mahindra 2-wheelers have added a basic variant of its existing range of Pantero commuter bike. The new Pantero comes with spoked wheels, a kick starter and analogue instruments. It houses the same four-stroke, air-cooled, 106.7cc single-cylinder engine as generates maximum power of 8.4bhp at 7500rpm and peak torque of 0.87kgm at 5500rpm.

The base variant Pantero bike is priced more affordably now, for Rs 39,650 with the top-end variant of the same bike commanding a price tag of Rs 43,150 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Pantero is already in showrooms across India.
