LML is gearing up to launch a slew of electric two-wheelers in the market soon and part of the process is registering the names of these EVs. As per the latest trademark documents that have surfaced, LML has registered the names Star and Hyperbike.

The LML Star could be the name of the electric scooter while the LML Hyperbike may be their electric motorcycle. However, this is only speculation, and we will have to wait to see what the production EVs are named.

LML is planning to make a big comeback, with a new line-up of electric vehicles. The company had previously stated that they plan to invest approximately Rs 1,000 crore over the next 3-5 years. All said, we expect to see the production-spec LML electric vehicles in the near future.

When launched, LML’s EVs will go up against models from Hero Electric, Ola Electric, Ather, Bajaj, TVS and Okinawa.

Would you pick LML's EV offerings over other more established makers? Let us know in the comments section below.
