The Thunderbolt marks the brand's entry into the adventure motorcycle segment.

Gets adventure bike elements like a tall front beak and extended tank shrouds.

The Thunderbolt runs on wire-spoke wheels - 21 inch at the front and 17-inch at the rear.

The BSA Thunderbolt was unveiled at EICMA 2025, marking the brand's entry into the adventure motorcycle segment. The new model shares much of its platform with its Classic Legends stablemate, the Yezdi Adventure, including the 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 29.2hp at 8,000rpm and 29.6Nm at 5,800rpm.
The Thunderbolt comes equipped with traction control and dual-channel ABS with three modes – Road, Rain and Off-road. It also features turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and a USB charging port. Suspension comprises a USD fork with 200mm travel up front and a monoshock with 180mm travel at the rear, while the bike runs on wire-spoke wheels with a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear.
BSA has confirmed the Thunderbolt will launch internationally in mid-2026. While an India launch hasn't been officially announced, the platform could arrive in our market shortly after its global debut, potentially as an update to the Yezdi Adventure.
