Suzuki Motorcycle India is one of the biggest players in our two-wheeler market and a lion’s share of its monthly sales comes from just a single product - the humble Access 125 scooter. The Access is routinely one of India’s bestselling two-wheelers and one of the most well-rounded 125cc scooters on sale in India. A large part of the Access’ success is also down to how many variants are available spanning a big price band. Here, we’ll delve into the details of what each variant offers and how much it costs.

Suzuki Access variant breakdown
Standard
The base variant of the Access is called the Standard and it is the only model to roll on steel wheels - other variants use alloys - and have drum brakes at both ends. It comes with a digi-analogue display, is available only in three colours - matte black, matte blue and white - and at Rs 78,184 is the most affordable way into Access ownership. At 106kg, it is also marginally heavier than all the other variants which weigh 105kg.
Special
The Special is the next step up from there and brings in quite a few added features like alloy wheels, a front disc brake, chrome mirrors and an additional green colour as well as the other three options mentioned above. It still uses a digi-analogue display like the Standard version and is priced at Rs 84,526.
Ride Connect
The Ride Connect variant of the Access comes with a fully digital LCD display with Bluetooth connectivity enabling turn-by-turn navigation as well as music playback control and call/notification alerts. This variant is the only one to come with a glossy beige colour option and costs Rs 88,727.
Ride Connect TFT
The Ride Connect TFT - as you may have guessed - brings in a colour TFT display (shared with the e-Access) with a lot of smart, techy functions baked in, although it remains mechanically identical to the Ride Connect variant. It can be had in all the same colours as the Special variant in addition to an extra matte sky blue shade and is priced at Rs 93,877.
Ride Connect ABS
The Suzuki Access Ride Connect ABS is the most affordable scooter in India to have single-channel ABS. It uses the same LCD display as the Ride Connect variant but comes with the added safety net of anti-lock brakes and is priced at Rs 92,328, Rs 3,601 more than the non-ABS Ride Connect variant.
Ride Connect TFT ABS
The range-topping variant in the Access lineup is the Ride Connect TFT ABS, which as the name suggests has the colour TFT dash as well as anti-lock brakes. At Rs 98,378, this is the most expensive Access variant available in India and costs Rs 4,501 more than the non-ABS Ride Connect TFT variant.
