The Elevate facelift retains much of its design from its predecessor, but updates make it look bolder than before. The LED headlamps with L-shaped signatures have been carried over, but are now connected by segmented DRL strips. The older model offered two grille design choices, but the newer Elevate gets a gloss black grille with a honeycomb pattern. The bumper has been retained, but the fog lamp housings now get a body colour finish. Additionally, the Honda badge has been repositioned from the grille to the bonnet. Additionally, the body cladding around the vehicle gets a gloss black finish as opposed to the matte black finish on the outgoing car.

However, there’s more leatherette padding on the dashboard with tasteful use of ambient lighting, replacing the faux wood trim on the older model. Additionally, the HVAC control housing on the facelift has been slightly tweaked. The older Elevate was offered with two dual-tone themes, namely black and white and black and brown.
