    Which CNG car should I buy: the Brezza CNG or the Tata Nexon CNG?

    While both are competent CNG SUVs, there are some differences. The Maruti Brezza will be more fuel efficient, as we found out during our testing, but the Tata Nexon offers a properly usable boot space since its CNG tanks are placed under the boot floor. If you value efficiency and a stress-free ownership experience, go for the Maruti Brezza CNG, but if you want cargo space and more features, opt for the Tata Nexon CNG.

    Asked by: Abhilash Anand I have a 2012 Honda Activa that’s nearing re-passing. It still runs well mechanically, though the exterior has issues. I don’t want to sell it, but safety for my wife is a concern. Given its reliability, I’m unsure which scooter can match it. Please suggest the best alternatives. In the family scooter space, our current favourites are the TVS Jupiter models and the Suzuki Access. Both of the aforementioned models have been on sale for a long, long time, and you'll still see very early models still plying on the road, indicating that they too have great reliability like your Activa. Take a test ride of both and see which one you and your wife are more comfortable with.Alternatively, you could also buy a new Honda Activa 110 or 125 since you have had such a great experience with your scooter, and it will be a familiar riding experience too.

    Asked by: Mahesh Mohan Hello, Autocar. I am considering purchasing a new bike, and my shortlisted options are the RE Shotgun 650, Bear 650, Himalayan and Classic 650. My daily usage is not much, just a 5km commute to the office and back. I primarily want good suspension and design. Please share your advice. If there is any other model you would recommend, please mention it. Of the three Royal Enfield 650s you have shortlisted, none of them has particularly comfortable rear suspension, especially so in the city. The Himalayan 450 would be the logical choice between the four you have considered but if you want something a little more manageable and nimble inside the city, you can look at its sibling - the Guerrilla 450.If you want something that will stand out and look good, the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is a unique option that you can consider. Underneath its svelte, Swedish bodywork are the KTM 390 Duke chassis and engine, so you should have a supremely talented bike that will also be uncommon.

All  of these Royal Enfield bikes are comfortable for two-up riding, and considering the brand's widespread service network as well as the relative simplicity of these machines, they should be easy to live with.If you have a Hero dealership around you, the Xpulse 210 warrants strong consideration. If there is a TVS bike showroom near you, the newly launched Apache RTX 300 adventure bike makes a compelling case for itself as well. Take a test ride of all the bikes you shortlist before you go ahead with your purchase.
