well EV will need a lot of planning ahead, there are a ton of technical aspects of owning a EV, charging on AC and DC you must balance them, however ICE is fill it an forget it with a High running cost the 650 km weekly run is very doable with all mentioned ev, costing only a 1 rupee or little more per km if you are able to charge to 80 or 100% at home on AC chargers for 12h overnights twice a week on any of the cars your long far trips can be managed with the DC chargers in matter of a few hours with proper planning, average cost is rs 20 or More per KwH roughly translates to 3 or 4rs per km. AWD is just a thing you want but don't need, most highways are limited top speed of 120kms, which a RWD can easily pull without sacrificing range, the choice of the cars is a matter of choice, but best value offering package is Sierra

EV can be a good choice but it might be challenging on long trips because of limited charging infrastructure. Sierra EV is stylish and has decent range. You can go with it.

The Sierra is the better choice if you priorities space, comfort and a more premium cabin experience. It offers a larger, more comfortable rear seat, a more spacious boot and a more relaxed long-distance touring character. There's also a lot of new features and tech with the Sierra, though on the higher trims. The Curvv, appeals with its coupe like styling but the trade-off is that it is not as spacious or as comfortable for rear-seat passengers. Between the two, the Sierra is also likely to hold on to its resale value better and it is the one we would lean towards.

The MG Hector Tomahawk EV has been launched at a very attractive price. Although we haven't tested the Hector Tomahawk EV to comment on its performance, range or comfort, first impressions seem positive, and it seems very competent on paper. The Safari EV, on the other hand, hasn't been launched yet, and it's likely to be more expensive in comparison. So waiting for that might only delay your purchase.If you want a competent, proven seven-seater electric car, you could consider the Mahindra XEV 9S and the Kia Clavis EV. The former is more powerful and nicer to drive, while the latter is a lot more spacious in the third row and will be relatively more affordable.
