•7wIs the facelifted Skoda Kushaq 1.5 DSG Monte Carlo really worth considering? While it lacks features like ADAS and a 360-degree camera, now almost standard in many competitors, it still looks appealing. Compared to the fully loaded Kia Seltos, which one actually makes more sense as a purchase? I drive about 30 kilometres in the city daily, but will be using it for more highway driving in the future.

The new Kushaq in Monte Carlo trim certainly looks stunning, and though it doesn’t have ADAS and a 360 degree camera, we don’t think these are reasons not to buy the car if you find it appealing. Also, if you are going to be driving a lot on the highway in the future, the Kushaq with the 1.5 TSI engine and 7-speed DSG is a fantastic powertrain for high speed driving.
The Kia Seltos, as you say, is a more sensible purchase, has more space and features and is a better all-rounder. But the Seltos doesn’t offer the same joy of driving as the Kushaq, which you will enjoy with every long drive.
