Is the Jeep Compass a better option than the Hyundai Creta? What about maintenance costs?

AAA Overall, the Jeep Compass is in a class above the Creta with its upmarket looks, better quality interiors and stronger set of engines. The Compass is a reliable vehicle, so it shouldn’t give you trouble in the short run, but the Creta would be cheaper to maintain. Between the two, we would pick the Compass, unless you’re driving in stop-start traffic, where the Creta auto would be easier to drive.
