The app will make the latest sales and after sales offers available for customers, including labour charges at different authorised service centres; information on various indicators on a particular VW car's dashboard, roadside assistance and emergency contacts.

The new app will also be beneficial for prospective customers to book a test drive, and will act as a platform for owners and potential customers to get their queries answered. The app will also update users about Volkswagen's new car line-up from time to time.

On the occasion, Michael Mayer, director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, VW Group Sales India said, “We hope this new service application will help us better serve the needs of our existing and prospective customers.”
