Kia has showcased the Seltos hybrid at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. In India, the Seltos hybrid is scheduled to arrive in 2027. The showcased vehicle was a top-of-the-line X-Line version that looks largely familiar to the India-spec Seltos. Grill-integrated squarish LED headlamps, LED DRLs, and a dual-tone bumper with gloss black cladding and silver inserts make up the front. From the side, there's a rising window line, a continuous silver trim above the side windows, gloss black wheel arches, flush door handles, and 18-inch black alloy wheels.

At the back is a connected LED tail-lamp setup with L-shaped signatures, and the bumper gets a similar treatment to the front with gloss-black cladding and silver inserts. The tailgate features powered opening and closing, which is missing on the India-spec Seltos. However, there's no spare wheel, unlike the India-spec Seltos, due to the battery placement under the boot floor.

On the inside, the biggest difference on the hybrid is that the gear lever has been repositioned from the centre console to a stalk on the steering column. The lever looks quite similar to the one seen on Kia's electric models. This arrangement has freed up space in the centre console, which now comes with cup holders. Aside from this, it gets an all-black interior theme, and niceties like a triple-screen setup, ambient lighting, head-up display, metal pedals, wireless phone charger, and leatherette seat upholstery have been retained.
