2025 Mahindra Bolero exterior updates
Exterior changes on the new Bolero are rather subtle, the most noticeable of them being a new 5-slat grille with chrome inserts. The Bolero now also gets fog lamps from the B6 trim onwards and new 16-inch alloy wheels on the top-spec B8 trim. There’s also a new exterior colour – Stealth Black – in addition to the existing Diamond White, Dsat Silver and Rocky Beige.
2025 Mahindra Bolero interior and features
The bigger updates are on the inside, with the Bolero now finally featuring a touchscreen infotainment unit for media controls, although it is a dealer-level fitment. The system also does not support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay connectivity. Also new are the steering-mounted controls, a USB-C type charging port, leatherette upholstery and bottle holders on the door trims. However, six airbags still aren’t part of the package, and the Bolero continues with dual airbags on all trims.
2025 Mahindra Bolero engine and specs
Under the hood, the 2025 Bolero carries over the 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder diesel engine that produces 76hp and 210Nm of peak torque. The rear-wheel-drive ladder-frame SUV is offered only with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Mahindra, however, claims to have improved the ride and handling balance of the Bolero with this update.
As a sub-4-metre body-on-frame SUV, the Bolero does not have any direct rival in the market. It remains the dependable and utilitarian workhorse that it has always been.
