BMW Motorrad has updated its electric scooter, the C Evolution, with new battery technology from the recently updated i3. The new 94Ah/33kWh i3-sourced battery gives the updated C Evolution not only more power, but also longer range.

The updated C Evolution range now includes a 15hp variant that offers a top speed of 15kph and a 100km range, and a more powerful 26hp variant that has a top speed of 129kph and a range of 160km on a single charge.

The changes, however, are not just limited to the battery. The electric scooter comes with updated styling and a slimmer charging cable. In addition to several European markets where the scooter is already sold, BMW Motorrad will make the new C Evolution available in Japan, South Korea, Russia, and the United States.

The updated C Evolution electric scooter is set to be showcased at the upcoming Paris motor show. It will be displayed alongside the updated i3 and the new 3-series Gran Turismo.
