Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched its CB Twister at the Auto Expo. The Twister is powered by a 109cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled and four-stroke engine that produces 9bhp and is mated to a 4-speed gearbox.
The bike is styled on the lines of the naked Honda CB1000R and includes an attractive headlight cluster, sculpted fuel tank, well executed tank cowls and a stylish, stubby silencer.
The bike also features 6-spoke alloy wheels and tubeless tyres which is a first for the commuter segment in India. The bike will be sold in three variants – kick start with drum brakes, self start with drum brakes and a top end version that gets front disc brake and electric starter.
The Twister will be priced at Rs 41,850 for the base model while the top end model will retail at Rs 47,850 (ex-showroom Delhi).
