The facelifted Mercedes-Benz EQS brings updates to design, tech and efficiency while retaining its aero-focused coupe silhouette. It moves to a new 800V electrical architecture, with battery capacity up to 122kWh and a claimed WLTP range of up to 926km on the EQS 450+. Power output spans 367hp to 585hp across variants, with 4MATIC all-wheel drive on higher trims. Regenerative braking has been increased to up to 385kW, and a two-speed rear transmission improves efficiency. Design changes include a new grille featuring a backlit star pattern, updated light signatures and revised bumpers. Inside, the MBUX Hyperscreen continues, now running MB.OS, with optional steer-by-wire technology with a yoke-style steering wheel to be introduced later.
