What engine does the Hero Xtreme 125R have?

The Hero Xtreme 125R is powered by a 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 11.55hp at 8,250rpm and 10.5Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. This engine is based on the Glamour 125’s unit, but it’s tuned for more power and refined with a balancer shaft and silent cam chain to reduce vibrations and harshness.

What is the performance of the Hero Xtreme 125R?

In our performance tests, the Hero Xtreme 125R clocked 0-60kph in 6.04 seconds and reached 80kph in 11.29 seconds. Beyond that, like most bikes with this level of performance, it began to run out of steam, taking 24.84 seconds to hit 100kph. These figures are respectable for the segment, though the TVS Raider we tested alongside was marginally quicker across the board.

What is the fuel efficiency of the Hero Xtreme 125R?

In our tests, the Hero Xtreme 125R returned an impressive 53.3kpl in the city and 66.75kpl on the highway.

Does the Hero Xtreme 125R have ABS?

Yes, the Hero Xtreme 125R is available with single-channel ABS on two of its three variants. The base variant uses an Integrated Braking System (IBS), while the higher-spec ABS and ABS (single-seat) variants come equipped with single-channel ABS. During our tests, the ABS-equipped Xtreme 125R managed a 60-0kph stopping distance of 20.13 metres.

What are the colour options available for the Hero Xtreme 125R?

The Hero Xtreme 125R is offered in multiple colour schemes, depending on the variant. The base IBS variant comes in three colourways – blue, black and red – while the ABS variants are also available in orange.

What is the price of the Hero Xtreme 125R?

The Hero Xtreme 125R is priced at Rs 91,116 for the base variant with IBS, while the higher-spec versions with single-channel ABS – available in both single-seat and split-seat configurations – are priced at Rs 94,504 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
