Options include the Maruti XL6, Kia Syros, the Honda City and the MG Windsor EV.

I have a budget of Rs 12 lakh-13 lakh and want to replace my 15-year-old Toyota Corolla Altis. My parents are in their late 70s, so back seat comfort and a good suspension take precedence over everything else. Since they'll be chauffeured at all times, I am fine with either a manual or an automatic.

Autocar India says: If you're open to the MPV body style, the Maruti XL6 fits your requirements to the T. The captain seats are extremely comfortable, its tall ride height makes ingress and egress very easy, and the ride quality is excellent. And, being a Maruti, you can expect it to be as reliable as your Altis. You could also consider the Honda City, Kia Syros and the MG Windsor EV.
