Upgrading from a Pulsar 150 with a Rs 1 lakh budget

I own a 2007 Pulsar 150 DTS-i. I wish to upgrade to a bike that costs Rs 1 lakh. My daily commute is 20-30km and it sees me ride through heavy traffic and badly damaged roads. I would like a bike that is comfortable to handle in traffic and is on the lighter side.

AAA From what you mentioned, you are looking to enter the premium commuter category. Based on your requirements, we would highly recommend the Yamaha FZ FI. It is extremely comfortable, handles bad roads quite well and is very fuel efficient as well. Plus, Yamaha is known for high reliability and that will be great if you plan to keep the bike for a long duration. Of course, you’re not going to get higher performance compared to your current bike, but the budget you’ve specified prevents you from moving to higher engine capacity.
