I am looking to buy a two-wheeler for my daily commute to the office, around 18 km one way. My priority is comfort for my back and ease of driving. I am not so keen on getting a bike because of the constant gear shifts, but I would be willing to look for one if that makes more sense. My budget is around 3 lakh. EV / Petrol, anything is ok.
Since you have a budget that permits you to spend on a comfortable and premium motorcycle, we'd suggest you do that, since comfort is your top priority even though scooters are more convenient and practical. The Honda CB350 trio, Royal Enfield 350cc models and TVS Ronin are comfortable, easy to ride and premium, well-built machines which will give you a relaxed riding experience.
If you must have a scooter, then we'd recommend you pick between the ABS variants of the Suzuki Access and the TVS Ntorq 150. Since you have a long commute and can afford to spend more, getting a scooter with the safety net of ABS is our recommendation.
Take test rides of these options before you make your decision.
