I am looking for a car with easy ingress and egress for my mother, who is a senior citizen with joint pains. She has trouble getting in and out of my Swift. She finds the Wagon R very easy for ingress and egress, but I do not want to move from a Swift to a Wagon R. Hence, I am looking for cars that offer a similar seat height from the ground, where it does not feel like she has to climb into the car or get down to seat height, both of which are difficult for her.

The Tata Punch will be a good option and thanks to its high seating and tallboy design, getting in and out will be very easy for her. You could also look at the petrol version of the new Hyundai Venue, which will seem like an upgrade from your Maruti Swift, while meeting all other requirements.
