I have been driving an Ignis since 2017 and have crossed 1,50,000 km. It is still going strong. Since my age is around 70, I want to switch to a new car with a DCT AMT. My budget is around ₹15 lakh. Please suggest a car that fits my parking space. There is no room for long SUVs. Looking ahead, should I choose diesel or petrol?

The Kia Syros and the Hyundai Venue are good options to consider. Both will be a satisfying upgrade from your Maruti Suzuki Ignis and should fit a tight parking spot, as both cars come in under the 4 meter mark.
We are not sure what you mean about the AMT, but assume you mean 'without AMT', in which case again these cars will fit the bill. The petrol version of both come with a dual clutch (DCT) gearbox, while the diesels have a torque convertor (TC) unit.
Since you are also worried about the petrol vs diesel issue, opt for a petrol if your running will not be very high in the future.
