Volkswagen India has launched special editions of the Polo hatchback and Vento sedan, called the Polo Select and Vento Celeste respectively.

The limited-edition Polo Select and Vento Celeste get the addition of a number of exterior and interior features such as black body-side moulding, ORVM covers in faux-carbon fibre finish, a black roof, detachable window blinds and new textile mats. There are also subtle accents like the trunk garnish on the Polo Select and a trunk lip spoiler on the Vento Celeste.

The special-edition Polo and Vento are fitted with scratch-resistant dashboards and faux carbon-finished centre consoles. The Vento Celeste carries forward features such as steering-mounted controls for audio and Bluetooth from the standard car, but gets a new Blaupunkt radio with navigation. The Polo Select further gets the addition of four scuff plates and seat covers with Volkswagen logo.

On the safety front, both models receive ABS and dual front airbags.

Volkswagen will also bring in the Polo Allstar and the Polo GTI to Indian showrooms this year.
