Tata Motors has announced a nationwide service camp for its passenger vehicle customers from November 20 to November 26, 2015. The carmaker will set up free vehicle health check-up camps in all Tata Motors dealerships and authorised service centres across 287 cities.

Moreover, Tata Motors has also partnered with Indian Oil Corporation to provide these services at its select petrol pumps across the country, thereby extending the benefits of the programme to over 1,000 locations.

Through this camp, customers can avail of free top wash and free comprehensive vehicle health check-up. Customers can also avail themselves of a discount of up to 10 percent on accessories, various value-added services, oils and lubricants, thanks to the carmaker’s partnership with over 16 suppliers.

Besides, discounts of up to 20 percent will also be offered on Tata Motors’ original parts and labour charges. Other special offers include a discount of Rs 699 on Value Care (Gold AMC) – its customised maintenance plan for service, minor and major repairs,  Rs 1,000 off on the extended warranty retail policy and on new batteries, special offers on the exchange programme of Tata cars, roadside assistance retail policy, and attractive insurance renewal offers.

This service camp by Tata Motors will be the third in the series this year. In the previous two camps the company serviced over 2.25 lakh cars, Tata Motors said in a statement.

“With initiatives like the Mega Service Camp, we look forward to offer our customers an enhanced service experience. With the success of the previous two camps, we are very encouraged to further showcase the strengths and capabilities of our extensive service network and offerings,” according to Mayank Pareek, president, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors.
