Tata looks to lure customers with new services

With the auto market here in a state of lull, carmakers are looking to lure customers with a variety of measures including discounts, new variants, finance schemes and services. Tata Motors is the latest manufacturer to join these ranks as it announced the launch of its new strategy – Horizonext. 
 
According to this initiative, the carmaker will offer after-sales services like 24X7 roadside assistance, online service appointments, door step service, extended warranty, diagnostic experts, auto car wash and quick repairs, among others.
 
The company recently launched eight upgraded models across five brands like the Nano, Indigo eCS, Sumo Gold and Indica as part of Horizonext.
