Land Rover has revealed the special edition Range Rover Evoque Landmark edition to celebrate the SUV's sixth anniversary.

Available in TD4 specification, the model comes in a choice of three bespoke colours – Moraine Blue, Yulong White and Corris Grey – and gets 19-inch alloy wheels and dark grey body trim.

Inside, there are Ebony leather seats with contrasting stitching and a brushed satin centre console surround. Technical features include an InControl Touch Pro infotainment system with a 10-inch screen, and apps including Spotify. It also comes with 4G Wi-Fi hotspot functionality.

There’s also the Remote Premium app for smartphone or smart watch that enables the owner to check their car's fuel level, lock status and location, and also to pre-heat or pre-cool its interior. Optional Touch Pro Services add real-time traffic mapping, satellite and street-level views, as well as an internet connection for news and weather information.

“What makes the Evoque so special is its relevance,” said Gerry McGovern, Land Rover’s chief design officer. “The design remains modern and fresh. The Evoque is widely acknowledged to have brought a whole new youthful generation of buyers into the Range Rover brand, including more women.”

“Its success was clear from the start and gave us the confidence to break new ground, which you can see with vehicles like the Evoque Convertible. This Landmark Special Edition is a celebration of six years of success so far.”

The next-generation Evoque is expected to arrive in international markets by 2019, with a larger platform to offer more interior space.
