Mahindra has updated the KUV100 for 2017 with a revision to the top K8 variant. Priced from Rs 6.37 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the updated KUV100 K8 is about Rs 13,000 more expensive than before, and features cosmetic changes to the exterior and interior to enhance its appeal.

Changes to the exterior include a new dual-tone paint finish with the roof and pillars finished in black. The KUV100 K8 also sits on larger 15-inch alloy wheels, instead of the standard model’s 14-inchers. The cabin is now all black with the lower portion of the dashboard also finished in black, and the seats get new upholstery as well. Mahindra also has on offer a choice of exterior and interior accessory kits to allow customers to further customise the cars according to their preferences.

We had earlier reported that Mahindra would be modifying the petrol engine and the AC compressor for better economy as part of the update, and it is likely that the K8 along with the other variants will carry these changes.

In addition to the above updates, Mahindra has introduced the smaller 14-inch alloy wheels on the mid-level K6 and K6+ trims. Prices for the KUV100 range start from Rs 4.58 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
