Honda Brio Automatic launched

To cash in on the upcoming festive season, Honda has launched the automatic variant of its Brio hatch.  The Brio A/T gets a five-speed torque converter auto ’box, similar to the one doing duty in the Honda City.

Prices for the Brio A/T start at Rs 5.74 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the S Option variant. The automatic version of the Brio is also offered in a higher-spec ‘V’ variant, that comes with alloy wheels, dual airbags, fog lamps and dual-tone beige interiors with silver inserts. It is priced at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi.)

The latest development is the start of Honda’s new-model offensive, which will see it refreshing its range over the course of the next year. As for the Brio A/T, it competes with the likes of the Hyundai i10 A/T and Maruti A-Star A/T.
