With the Japan Mobility Show 2025 set to commence from October 30, Suzuki Motor Corporation has virtually revealed the Vision e-Sky concept, previewing a future compact EV. The Suzuki Vision e-Sky is a born-EV concept based on the Japanese marque’s new “Unique, Smart, Positive,” design philosophy.

Suzuki Vision e-Sky concept: exterior styling and dimensions

A set of stylish LED elements adorn the concept’s fascia, and include the multi-array LEDs front and centre. Flanking this light bar are the primary headlights and their respective C-shaped DRLs. The chunky C-pillar visually ‘floats’ between the roof and the main body, lending the car a contemporary look.

Further lending credence to the look of the Vision e-Sky concept are its flush door handles, aerodynamically shaped wing mirrors, and a subtle roof spoiler with an integrated LED stop light. The upright stance of the Vision e-Sky is paired with a flat nose and tail, along with short front and rear overhangs. Suzuki’s implementation of these design aspects will determine the amount of space that would be reserved for the occupants.

The official rendering of the Vision e-Sky further highlights a two-tone exterior with a contrasting white roof and blacked-out door pillars. It also shows the BEV featuring subtly flared wheel arches and aero-friendly wheels.

The Suzuki Vision e-Sky measures 3,395mm in length, 1,475mm in width, and 1,625mm in height; this makes it taller than the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso but its length and width figures fall short of the latter.

Suzuki Vision e-Sky concept: interior design

Like the exterior, the interior of the Suzuki Vision e-Sky communicates a modern approach. Starting with the squircle steering wheel, which integrates multi-function buttons placed on gloss-black trim. Then there are dual digital screens, with the driver’s unit displaying vital information such as the battery’s state of charge and range, along with the vehicle’s speed and exterior lights’ status (among others).

The floating dashboard fits in well with the wraparound cabin design, while LED light strips placed across the interior further elevate its overall ambience. The Vision e-Sky’s drive selector is located below the dashboard, which should make transitioning between P, R, N, D hassle-free.

Meanwhile, the awkward position of the switches to control the concept’s wing mirrors could be changed when Suzuki puts this car into production. There are shades of blue and purple used throughout the cabin, with the lower portion of the front seats and the whole armrests featuring beige. Needless to say, the split-type design of the front seats (noticeable in the top half) looks chic and evokes an air of premiumness.

Suzuki Vision e-Sky concept: launch details and range

While the production version of the Suzuki Vision e-Sky will launch in FY2026, further details of a global launch are scarce. However, there is a possibility of a heavily localised Maruti electric hatchback based on the K-EV platform planned for India sometime in 2026-27. Details on the technical specifications are equally scarce, but Suzuki has confirmed a maximum range of over 270km for the concept.
