The 'L' Platform to underpin Royal Enfield's electric models

It will feature retro styling with a unique girder fork

Royal Enfield is progressing rapidly towards the launch of its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6. The bike, which is based on the new 'L' platform, has been seen on public roads in what are believed to be city trials. The test mule, seen under heavy camouflage, stays true to the concept's design, featuring a circular headlamp, circular rear-view mirrors and a unique girder fork setup. The wavy, fin-like structures on the battery compartment are designed to enhance visuals and could improve cooling as well.

Along with this, a circular instrument console is also expected, offering Bluetooth-based connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and access to calls and music. The bike is equipped with disc brakes on both ends, with dual-channel ABS as standard. While official specs are still under wraps, the C6 is likely to be positioned as a premium urban-focused motorcycle and is slated for an early 2026 launch.
