    Santhosh Iyer says, they make cars considering the customer needs. I wonder why they have not added ventilated seats instead of heated seats, why they have removed the massaging seats which was available with the previous model? They have removed lot of features of GLC in the Indian market, while they provide it in other countries. I mean the features like adaptive and cornering headlights, head up display, rear wheel drive steering wheel etc etc. Nowadays seat ventilation, HUD are available even with a 20 lakh worth car, it’s unexplainable that a Mercedes worth more than 85 lakhs(on road) lacks it. Do Mercedes think that it is enough for Indian customers?
