The Bolide sits on a super-light and super-stiff carbonfibre monocoque. Bugatti claims the rear wing alone produces 1800kg of downforce at around 321.8 kph. Bugatti claims a theoretical top speed of “well above” 500.50kph. The ‘X’ theme on the Bolide is in reference to the Bell X-1 experimental jet aircraft. The taillights on the Bolide prominently highlight the 'X' theme. The interior is driver-centric, with a single screen in the cabin - the digital instrument cluster. The Bugatti Bolide concept is a track-focused hypercar that uses a 1,850hp, 8.0-litre W16 engine and weighs only 1,240kg.
