2021 BMW iX electric SUV image gallery

Previewed by the iNext concept, the iX SUV adapts much of the styling of the former.

The iX is built on a new aluminium-intensive platform.

The front is dominated by a oversized closed-off kidney grille that houses the camera and sensors for the driver aids.

The iX will be powered by dual electric motors and has a range of over 600km on a single charge.

The cabin features the use of recycled plastics with the dashboard dominated by a curved display housing the instrumentation and infotainment functions

The seats are upholstered in a new microfibre fabric.

The gear selector toggle and iDrive controller are placed on the front centre armrest. There is no centre console.

Slim tail-lamps will make the iX instantly recognisable from the rear

LED headlamps are standard with Laser Light units set to be available as options.
