Follow usThe 2025 Skoda Kodiaq, the brand’s flagship SUV in India, is available in base Sportline and top-spec L&K (Laurin and Klement) variants. While the two share a common powertrain, they differ quite a lot when it comes to exterior and interior features, as well as price. Keep reading to discover the differences in the Skoda SUV's variants.
| New Skoda Kodiaq variant wise prices (ex showroom) | |

| Kodiaq L&K | 48.69 |
The Kodiaq Sportline and L&K trims mainly differ in exterior detailing. The Sportline gets a blacked-out treatment on the front grille, wing mirrors, roof rails, D-pillar and the ‘SKODA’, ‘KODIAQ’ and ‘4X4’ letterings on the tailgate. In contrast, the L&K gets chrome in all these places – the roof rails are finished in brushed silver. It also adds a horizontal LED strip within the grille, which connects the headlights. Body-coloured side skirts are offered only in the Sportline.
Both trims get 18-inch alloy wheels as standard – the Sportline features a sporty design, while the L&K comes with aero-style covers. The connected tail-lights are smoked-out on the Sportline, while the L&K retains a clearer and more conventional look. They also feature distinct rear bumper designs – checkered in the Sportline and plain in the L&K.
Standard features include a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a 13-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, configurable rotary dials with displays, a wireless charger, three-zone AC, power-adjustable front seats with memory function, panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, park assist, ABS with EBD, ESC and nine airbags.
The Kodiaq L&K gets Cognac leather upholstery (all-black in the Sportline), massaging front seats with heating and cooling; Sportline gets heating function only.
Under the hood, the all-new Kodiaq SUV gets a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that makes 204hp and 320Nm. The unit is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT), which sends power to all four wheels. Skoda claims an ARAI mileage of 14.86kpl with its new SUV. This TSI engine also does duty in the recently launched Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line.
