I’m buying my first car and have shortlisted the Honda Amaze ZX CVT for its ADAS, but I’m unsure whether to choose the Tata Nexon or Tata Altroz instead. My budget is ₹10 lakh ± ₹2 lakh. I don’t yet know my long-term usage pattern, but I expect nearby weekend trips and commuting to the office twice a week - roughly 1,800-2,200 km/month for now. Which should I pick?
The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a better choice than the Honda Amaze as it has a better ride quality and is a lot more fuel efficient too. The Amaze has a larger boot, and the CVT will be smoother than the Maruti AMT, but as an overall package, the Dzire is the better choice and our recommendation.
