TVS Apache RTR or Bajaj Pulsar AS 150

I’m considering buying the new TVS Apache RTR to ride to office every day. It’s going to cost me Rs 84,000. I wanted your opinion on whether the bike will be a good buy, or should I consider something else which offers better mileage too?
