I am planning to buy a new car. Currently, I drive a Creta and live in Kozhikode, Kerala. I have shortlisted the Toyota Camry. Is the Camry suitable for my daily city commute and nearby drives? I prefer only Japanese cars.

If you don't mind the long queues at the CNG filling station, opting for a CNG car will be a very economical option. Within your Rs 10 lakh budget, you could consider a Hyundai Exter CNG. Its engine is smooth, refined and very efficient. The clutch and gearbox are light, and overall the car is very user-friendly. But the last row and boot are tighter, and it doesn’t feel as plush or relaxed on bad roads.One honest trade-off with the Innova HyCross is the higher price and possible waiting period, and the boot with all three rows up isn’t huge. If that stretch and wait are okay, it’s the better family car overall.
