I am very much impressed by the Norton Atlas adv. Should I wait for it, or is there any other similar adv, right now, close to it in specs but better? Also, I want only an adv. Highway touring is a priority, and the budget is 7L.
The only real peer to the Norton Atlas available currently is the Kawasaki Versys 650, which comfortably blows past your Rs 7 lakh budget, limiting your choice to waiting for the Atlas. The new Norton ADV looks very impressive on paper, but we'd recommend you take the sensible and patient route and wait for some time after the bike is launched before purchasing it, so any teething issues that do arise can be ironed out by the time you are an owner.

@ak_drives Go for Atlas because VFM, Loos great, spec sheets look good. Fit and finish of the bike looked good in launch video.
Please note that Versys comes with 17-17 wheel setup. Once you ride a 19"+ front wheel, there's no going back. I'm waiting for the KTM 490 twin as well.
Go for Norton. It’s going to be brilliant. BMW450 GS and Honda NX500 are enough power. If u are ok with less mileage used bikes u can try 2021-22 tiger 660. Should come in similar budget.
@sjtiger600 does f450 really makes sense? To me it felt like a street bike with a visor
@saikatbiswas82 true but it will manage highway touring. Not going to be better than Norton though. There are not many options tbh. Touareg 457 if it comes will be best
