The Mahindra XUV 3XO has a more spacious cabin and drives with a greater sense of authority over bad roads. Its 1.2L TGDI engine is punchier than Kia's 1.0L turbo, and its 6-speed torque converter automatic is smooth too.
The Kia Sonet scores over the Mahindra in terms of interior quality and ergonomics, and it has a slightly larger boot as well. On the whole, though, the XUV 3XO is the better option.
