Hi, I live in Ahmedabad. My daily travel is around 85 km. I already own a Maruti Suzuki Baleno and a Hyundai Accent. My budget is Rs. 25-27 lakh. Kindly suggest a few good options.
With a daily commute of 85 km, your running is very high, so fuel efficiency and running costs become the most important factor. At the same time, you already own a Baleno and an Accent, so this car should feel like a meaningful upgrade in terms of comfort, space and overall ownership experience.
The best option for your usage is the Maruti Suzuki Victoris Hybrid. The hybrid system delivers excellent fuel efficiency in city and highway conditions, and the petrol engine ensures long-term reliability and low maintenance costs. The Victoris is also a very comfortable and spacious car, making it well-suited for long daily commutes. The hybrid system of the Maruti Suzuki car is particularly effective in stop-and-go traffic, where it can significantly reduce fuel consumption.
If you are open to diesel, the Mahindra XUV 7XO diesel is also a strong option. It is a larger and more powerful SUV with excellent highway performance and a comfortable ride.
Overall, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris Hybrid is the best fit for your needs. It offers the right balance of fuel efficiency, comfort, reliability and ownership experience for a high-mileage daily commuter.

I want a better mileage car under 12 lakhs or should inopt for electric considering e20
I want to buy an car with budget 12 lakhs which car i want better mileage also as this e20 god knows should i buy or opt for electric one
@abhishek19 go for Baleno as it has good mileage . If you have daily commute with the car of 20-30 kms then go for electric but if you taking it for basic needs , long drive or vacations outside city then don’t take as India will be ready for the infrastructure by 10 years for electric charging stations like petrol pumps .
I am crazy for Baleno really want to have it. I am joining MNC presently. I will Coneect you
Strong option: Maruti Suzuki Baleno
Is buying an ev a good option
At present, buying a new petrol car can be a headache because of the E20 fuel issue. If you face any engine-related problems, don't assume that the government, the manufacturer, or the insurance company will necessarily support your claim. So, in my opinion, it is better to buy a good used diesel car for now instead of spending money on a new petrol car and worrying about possible E20-related issues. Think carefully before you buy.
I am first time car buyer, looking to buy new car in Diwali. I am interested in SUV type car. Please suggest. My budget max 10 Lakhs
Hi We stay in Thane, and my alternate-day commute is around 12 km. Our budget is ₹20–25 lakhs. We’re looking for suggestions for an automatic car. We’re open to petrol as well as EV options. Which cars would you recommend based on reliability, comfort, mileage/running costs, and after-sales service? Thanks!
Victorious vs e vitara which is better for 15 years
@shsu since your commute is very less and it's alternate I would suggest you to check Honda Elevate CVT , proven Ivtec world class engine , superior comfort , mileage for CVT will be in City 10kmpl and highways 14 to 15 max. You have good after sales service across India. If you are not particular about CVT then manual option will suit your need. Budget will be within 20L.
@raajesh victorious. Its the updated version of Vitara . Hence always good to buy updated product.
Since you already own two ICE cars it's right time to go for an EV as your third car. Market is now blessed with lot of EVs with Good range above 450kms/ charge and easily you can drive the car for 5 days in a single charge so go for EV.
