I am confused between the new Maruti Dzire AMT ZDi+ and the S-cross 1.3-litre Zeta. The Dzire is a brand-new model, has AMT and gives good mileage, but the S-cross has a more premium look and feel. Also, the S-cross is going to get a facelift by Diwali.

AAA If it’s within your budget, go for the S-cross; it is actually two classes higher than the Dzire. The S-cross is better in almost every way. It offers better performance, has a very good ride quality and is more spacious and comfortable. It has very generous luggage space too. Also, the build quality of the S-cross is far superior to the Dzire’s, which feels flimsy in comparison. Yes, it’s true that the S-cross is coming with a facelift and this means that there would be good discounts on the existing model, which could sweeten the deal.
