My father still drives a 2008 Honda City, and I am torn between a few choices: the Honda City, Skoda Slavia, Nissan Tekton and Toyota Hyryder. Hi everyone, I have a budget around 13 lakh and my annual running is around 8,000 km. I'm confused between buying a sedan or compact SUV like Kia Seltos etc. as I have sold my Tata Punch last month that I owned almost for 4.5 years but now I want to purchase good and elegant looking car that can last for 7 to 9 year without any hassle. I am planning to buy Honda City V CVT. Is it still worth buying the Honda City in 2026 from a long-term (7-10 years) ownership and reliability standpoint? Or should I consider other cars in the segment, such as the Virtus, Slavia, or Verna?
