The E Vitara is a well-rounded package, backed by Maruti’s extensive service network and established ownership experience.The VinFast VF6 Wind is an interesting alternative, with a larger battery and a longer claimed range. However, VinFast is still a new brand in India and does not have the same service reach or long-term track record as Maruti. The e Vitara’s 50.8kWh battery and 550km ARAI-claimed range are more than adequate for the daily commute, while the service network of Maruti Suzuki cars across Delhi-NCR and Noida is a significant advantage for long-term ownership.The VF6 Wind’s 59.6kWh battery and 525km claimed range are impressive, but its limited service footprint and lack of an established ownership history make it a riskier choice at this stage. The E Vitara Alpha also gets a good set of features, including a 360-degree camera, ADAS and a 12.3-inch touchscreen, making it a well-equipped and practical upgrade from the Maruti Suzuki Swift.The VinFast car does have an advantage in terms of rear-seat and boot space, although for a family of two, the e Vitara should be more than adequate. It also feels more solid and planted at higher speeds, while offering considerably more power and a more engaging driving experience. However, these advantages are not enough to sway the overall decision. For this particular use case, the e Vitara Alpha remains the safer and more sensible choice.

The Hyundai Creta EV LR would be our recommendation. It offers the most balanced package of the three, with a strong real-world range, a well-sorted driving experience and Hyundai's proven electric car ownership ecosystem. The Maruti e Vitara 61 kWh is a good alternative with a larger battery and Maruti's service reach, but its cabin isn't as roomy and its ride quality isn't as comfy as the Creta EV. The Kia Syros EV ER is also a good option, but this Hyundai car has the edge in terms of overall size and its more conventional design. The Punch EV 40 kWh was a sensible choice, but if Tata's delivery situation in Goa is forcing you to look elsewhere, the Creta EV LR is the most dependable and well-rounded alternative.

Of the three, the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara Zeta makes sense. The two Tata EVs are strong value propositions, with the Nexon being a good city car. For you, however, the e Vitara offers a good range, and Maruti's extensive and reliable service network can come in handy on your long family trips. Over your 8-10 year ownership period, it is also likely to be more reliable and give you a more predictable ownership experience. However, a point to note is that the rear is not very spacious and the boot is very small, so your family may not be very comfy at the rear over long distances, and the boot may not suffice for your family's luggage. If you can stretch your budget, you can opt for the Creta electric, which has a more comfortable rear seat experience and a larger boot too. It will also be very reliable and is nice to drive, with a well-tuned powertrain and easy and handy controls like a paddle shifter for regen control. However, with the base variant you will have a smaller battery, so depending on your long route, it might mean an additional charging stop. All in it is a much better all-rounder than the three you have mentioned, but the only point of concern is that you would have to pay more.

For your usage, a hybrid car makes more sense. With 40-50 km daily of city driving in Noida and no major traffic, an electric car would not deliver a meaningful cost advantage over a hybrid, and you would be taking on charging infrastructure and range planning for no real benefit. The Maruti Suzuki Victoris Hybrid is the best fit for your requirements. It is a full hybrid, so it offers excellent fuel efficiency in city driving and is also comfortable to be chauffeur-driven. The rear seat is spacious, the ride is comfortable, and the car is easy to live with. Headroom is a bit tight if you are on the taller side. Avoid the sunroof if that is the case for you.The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Hybrid is mechanically identical, but the Victoris gets a more premium interior and a better feature set at a similar price.If you can charge at home and still want to go electric, the Tata Sierra EV is the best option for your needs, but given your usage, the hybrid is the more sensible choice.

With 1,000-1,500 km a month and some highway trips, the Kia Syros EV is the better fit. It has a larger battery and a longer real-world range than the Maruti E Vitara EV, which makes a noticeable difference on highway runs.The Syros EV also feels more premium inside and offers a more comfortable cabin and far more usable boot, which matters on longer journeys. The e Vitara EV is still a good product, but its smaller battery and shorter range make it less suited to regular highway use at this kind of monthly running. The Syros EV is simply the more complete electric car for your usage pattern.
