Fiat has inaugurated its latest showroom in Delhi. Kashyap Fiat has a showroom area of 5,000 sq ft and an 11,000 sq ft workshop facility in the same premises.

The carmaker, currently in the process of setting up its independent network of dealerships, is concentrating on after-sales and servicing as well.

Speaking at the inauguration of its latest showroom, Nagesh Basavanhalli, president and MD, Chrysler India operations, said, “Fiat is known for its after-sales in Europe and we are bringing in this expertise to India as well.”

Enrico Atanasio, director, Fiat India, was also present and said, “The network expansion is going on and is likely to be in place within the next year.”

On the future of the company, Basavanhalli said, “We will be introducing new brands to the market and in the coming months you will see up to five new and refreshed models.”
