SsangYong has announced that it will unveil the XLV-Air concept at the upcoming Frankfurt motor show.
This concept crossover hints at a long-wheelbase seven-seat variant of the Tivoli crossover. SsangYong is likely to launch the seven-seater Tivoli internationally next year. The vehicle has already been spotted testing on public roads.
This version, along with an extra row of seats, is also expected to have more cargo room. It will come with a choice of either a 1.6-litre petrol or diesel engines, which are part of the new engine family co-developed by Mahindra and SsangYong. The engines will be offered various states of tune in upcoming Mahindra and SsangYong offerings.
The seven-seat Tivoli is also likely to come with the option of being a two or four-wheel drive.
