Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini: What’s new?
The bike was showcased at Lamborghini’s Mumbai showroom
Ducati showcased the Panigale V4 Lamborghini at the latter’s Mumbai showroom. It gave us a glimpse of what this ultra-exclusive, carbon-fibre laden Panigale V4 looks in the flesh. For starters, this special edition is limited to 630 units worldwide. In addition to this, there will be 63 more units reserved for Lamborghini Ad Personam owners who can customise their Panigale V4 Lamborghini to match their Revuelto
The other 630 units come with a unique black and green livery with the number ‘63’ commemorating the year Lamborghini was founded – 1963.
In typical Ducati fashion, this special edition bike comes with exposed carbon fibre at the fairing, tail section, front and rear mudguard and exhaust cover. It also produces more power while weighing 2kgs less than it (185kg, wet weight no fuel), attributed to the Akrapovič titanium under-belly exhaust that gets a carbon-fibre tip.
For reference, the Euro 5+ compliant, 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine produces 218.5hp (up by 2.5hp) and 122.1Nm (up by 1.2Nm). Ducati claims a 0-100kph acceleration in just 2.5 seconds, and maximum speed of over 350kph
Another special touch is the billet aluminium plate at the steering head bearing the bike’s unique identification number and this information is also displayed on the 6.9-inch TFT dash during start-up.
At its staggering Rs 1 crore price tag, this Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini edition stands apart from the rest of the Panigale range as an ultra-exclusive collector’s item — one that would look perfectly at home in a garage alongside the Lamborghini Revuelto.
