The first six months of 2023 have been quite successful for Ducati, which has sold 34,976 bikes in that period. The company claims that is an increase of 5 percent over the same time frame when compared to the previous year.

Following the Multistrada range is the Monster, the bike that turned the company's fortunes around in the '90s. Ducati's quintessential naked found 4,299 homes in the January-June 2023 period. And rounding out the trio of best-selling Ducatis is the Scrambler 800 range, which sold a combined 3,581 bikes. The company has launched the track-oriented Monster SP and its homologation special WSBK competitor, the Panigale V4 R, in India this year. Currently, factory Ducati riders Francesco Bagnaia and Alvaro Bautista lead the championship standings in MotoGP and WSBK, respectively, and both won the crown last year in their respective championships.
Ducati continues to be popular in its home country of Italy with 10 percent more bikes sold compared to the same time period last year. The United States represents the second-largest market for the Bologna-based company with 4,505 bikes sold that result in an 11 percent growth over 2022. Germany is the third-largest market for the Italian bike manufacturer with 4,217 bikes delivered and registering 13 percent growth.
