The newly launched TVS Ronin opts for a neo-retro design theme, and gets a scrambler-esque stance.
One of the highlights of the bike's appearance is the round headlight, which features a neat T-shaped LED DRL inside.
All of the Ronin's illumination is of the LED kind, including the indicators. The LEDs have been combined with reflector elements for maximum effect.
Alloy wheels, a 110/70-17 front tyre, and a 41mm upside-down fork from Showa.
The standout element at the rear of the Ronin is the sleek slit-like LED tail-lamp.
The engine and exhaust system are predominantly blacked-out, but the end-can features metal finishing that looks quite nice and lends a premium touch.
The large, rounded fuel-tank features subtle knee recesses, and the seat is a single-piece design.
Another look at the Ronin's exhaust end-can; also visible here are the specifically-designed block-pattern TVS Remora tyres (130/70-17 at the rear).
Instrumentation is in the form of an offset single-pod display which gets Bluetooth connectivity.
Switchgear looks quite similar to the Apache RTR lineup; mirror stalk looks beefy and stylish.
TVS claims best-in-class seat width, with a tapered front section for ease of placing your feet on the floor.
Powering the Ronin is a 225cc oil-cooled engine producing 20.4hp at 7750rpm and 19.93Nm at 3750rpm. TVS says it has focused on achieving a flat torque curve.
