Soldiers would carry it on their shoulders when the trenches were too deep.
Limited to just 1000 examples, 250 units will be sold in India.
It's expected to be priced around Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).
It will feature a Pegasus logo on the fuel tank.
Adding to the period look are the military-style canvas panniers.
Unique serial number will be stencilled on the fuel tank.
Leather strap with brass buckles on the air box.
Adding to the retro theme are the blacked out elements.
Internationally available in two colour options - Olive Drab Green and Service Brown.
Only the Service Brown shade will be offered in India.
Engine case painted in the same shade as the body colour.
Same tank badge as used on the Flying Flea.
Mechanically, it's identical to the standard Classic 500.
Cycle parts and kerb weight of 194kg also remains identical.
The 499cc motor delivers 27.6hp and 41.3Nm.
